On the other hand, could you please give us a few more details about yourself: did you decide on a class you`ll play? what daytime you play? evening, morning?(we`r mostly an evening clan)
what do you expect from the clan ? how do you want to contribute to these things that you want from clan? what should be the clan`s target in the first few weeks from server start? (lvl or equip or CH or siege etc) and do you have any suggestions for it?

playtime 3- 17h... the question that worries me is, what do u expect from the clan?

Well to answer all your question i could write a book so i`ll try to resume:

I haven`t decided yet wich class i will play. I said that warlord pulls out the best from me but i can play any class that can solo a bit so if u need something just give me some choices.
I love to play L2, i`m a student in last year, i have a busy social-life, a girlfriend and so one and with that i respond to the leader question because some times i can play 10h on friday and monday cant play at all so my play game is unsettled.
I applied here because i love the name, you have an active forum wich means you have some organization and i love that u don`t use the F**** CP. I hate this system. We are a clan not a party !!!
As for my expectation from this clan are medium-high. To be among the first 10 clans on the server, minimum a clan hall (if not a castle) and at least 1 hero (nice buffs in mass pvp). Epic Raids are a "must" for me and for you as i think.
As for the first 2 weeks it is verry impotant to assure us a clan hall, making some mats and gear up some players of most importance to our clan. (obviously all the mats go to clan warehouse).
I hate idiotic management ( i`m the clan leader- i must have the best gear, same with epics or using the position to intimidate). I ruled some clans and i know what it means to pe a leader, you can`t please everyone but these are essential for me and community.
I will contribute to make the clan rise as i can with a constant development as a player and as a team.

CH is #1priority now, just like u wrote. Only then comes lvls and gears. I mentioned that we are without CP system, however we managed to make few CPs, but we still have some players without pts. We are mostly evening players, so prime time is 19:00 - 00:00 GMT+2.
